Patterson-Kelley Celebrates 140 Years!

Founded in 1880 as Benjamin F. Kelley and Company, the company’s first product, feed-water heaters, was influential in introducing tube bundles to the industry. By the end of World War II, the company’s focus had shifted from solely storage water heaters to custom-engineered heat exchangers and heat transfer products. By 1987, P-K had entered the gas-fired boiler industry as well.

For over 140 years, our commercial boilers and water heaters have been proudly designed and assembled exclusively in the United States. We have developed an expansive representative network that spans all throughout North America and our boilers provide heat and hot water on multiple continents around the globe.

Each piece of equipment we build is the direct result of the knowledge cultivated from generations of experience, expertise, and customer input. Our primary objective is to supply our customers with the most reliable, efficient, and feature-rich products while providing the highest levels of technical support and services. Inherent to us from our founding, we have a tradition of excellence and innovation that remains an expectation in everything we do to this day.
